Revera Consulting Group presented a new area of services. The company’s project is connected with consultations in the sphere of labour law and HR management. For the new project associates of the corporate practice together with the HR department of Revera Consulting Group developed a special curriculum which was based on consideration of main aspects of HR work organization taking into account the legislation in force and implementation thereof in a certain situation.
The first client of Revera Consulting Group in this area became the Italian-Belarusian company “Drillmec”. The one-week workshop was held for the assistant manager of the company in the sphere of HR management. The workshop was divided into 2 topical units.
The former unit of the training dealt with issues of HR management. Having analyzed the existing model in the company beforehand, specialists of Revera Consulting Group provided a list of recommendations to optimize the corporate work in the HR sphere, as well as told about effective methods and instruments of personnel management.
The latter unit was prepared by the labour law practice of Revera Consulting Group. This unit included consideration of all stages of labour relations development in the company, beginning with recommendations for making a labour contract and registration of new employees and ending with issues of labour order establishment and distribution of responsibilities in labour relations.
