Associates of Revera Consulting Group are lectors at a number of conferences organized by creators of Consultant+

On September 5, 2014 Aleksey Daryin and Denis Bogdanov, associates of the Construction and real estate practice of Revera Consulting Group, took part in the conference organized by the Ministry of architecture and construction of the Republic of Belarus together with the company “Urspektr”, the developer of the system Consultant+. The event covered the issues of the reform in the construction area and RCG specialists made reports within one of two parallel sections.

The conference held in the business centre “Victoria” gathered more than 350 participators, specialists in the construction area. Within the event framework organizers focused on a practical part. Thus, RCG specialists had speeches on the topics regarding organization of effective work with contracts, as well as minimization of legal risks in construction and construction schemes for implementation of investment projects.

“Seminars held under the sponsorship of the company “Urspektr” are probably one of the most significant platforms for communication of specialists in Belarus. They invariably gather an audience interested in upgrading their qualification, and the active interaction with government bodies makes the events much more effective. We have cooperated with this company quite for a long time and we are glad to share our experience”, - Aleksey Daryin, the head of the Construction practice of RCG, said.

Moreover, one week before RCG specialists of the Corporate and Litigation practices were lecturers at the Urspektr seminars. They presented a number of reports on organization of work with business entities, including on participation in court proceedings regarding activities of such entities. The other topic presented at the seminar by RCG specialists dealt with consideration of issues concerning use of electronic documents in the work with contractors and state bodies, as well as special features of use thereof as an evidence in economic and arbitration courts.
