Dmitry Arkhipenko started his career in 1995. In 1998 he founded REVERA law firm, and has acted as REVERA's CEO to the present day.  
Dmitry focuses on complex legal projects involving structuring of international groups of companies, mergers & acquisitions and fund raising. Also, Dmitry counsels clients on major investment projects in the territory of Belarus. 
Dmitry's portfolio comprises an IPO for Eurotorg company at London Stock Exchange and creation of a legal regime for Great Stone industrial park. Dmitry's professional expertise comprises real estate transactions and regulatory aspects of pharmaceutical business. 

Dmitry was more than once cited by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus as one of the best lawyers in the sphere of legal assistance.

Acting as a local legal advisor for the largest Belarusian grocery retail network – Eurotorg – in connection with its $300 million IPO and listing on the London Stock Exchange.

JYSK's expantion in Belarus

Legal support of a Danish transnational corporation in a project to enter the Belarusian market with the aim of opening 30 stores under the JYSK brand.

Protecting Salamander's interests

Successful resolution of a corporate conflict between participants of an LLC, a resident of Brest free economic zone. We arranged a defense against claims seeking to invalidate decisions of general meetings of participants, validation of participant’s withdrawal from the company and defense against groundless collection of value of share to the benefit of the withdrawing participant.
